Unreliable detection, waste of money

Based on our own experience this scanner let us down when we needed it the most... The supposed "switching detection" feature failed multiple times, making us question its accuracy..

NOT old 1N60P diodes. Diodes work worse than 1n34a in a quartz radio

These are new small 1N60Ps, not the old 8mm 1N 60P (note the spacing), 1n34a works better in crystal radios (which is what I bought them for). I'm sure they're good for other uses and for the price due to the quantity I'll leave them, but I still need some of the old Semtech 1N 60P diodes.
