Of the two, one had much less roll and didn't spin as easily as the other. It probably wouldn't be noticeable on skates, but it was something I noticed and wasn't sure how long I'd trust it wouldn't wear down faster. The lighting is normal, but is best seen in the dark.

Replace roller wheels with these for fun. So it's easy to spot when someone is leaving with your luggage! But unfortunately one bike stopped glowing after only 4 or 5 rides. The wheels are still of good quality but the kid in me is disappointed. The best way to see the wheels is from behind. So ask someone else to carry your luggage. lol

Update: The wheels didn't light up at first but that turned out to be user error on my part. In order for the headlights to work, the wheels must be pressed firmly. When I first installed them mine were gone and the seller graciously sent me another set of wheels AND spacers to ensure a proper fit. For everyone else who said theirs didn't catch fire, there's a very good chance that's the problem. Thanks to seller Xino Sports they more than support their product!

Product exactly as described. It lights up when they spin. There's little drag, meaning the wheels don't spin as freely as regular wheels, requiring a bit more power. To me that's perfectly acceptable because roller skating is still an exercise! I get a lot of compliments at the rink and people ask where to buy them. Be sure to check your current wheel size before purchasing, some wheels may be smaller or larger than those currently on the blades so replace with an exact match in mm.

Expected to be used much longer than 3 weeks to a month before tearing/cutting in half from wear and tear from simply walking the pavement. I'm very careful not to hit anything rough, not even the rough pavement at the end of the pavement, to help motorcyclists stop. I have a feeling they bought them cheaper than wholesale at Wally World (Walmart) and sold them on Amazon for the benefit of trusting nature. Please check the quality of your products or stop buying from wholesalers in China/Japan.
