The system was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly ever since. While every setup has its challenges, there was nothing about this system that made it more difficult than our situation called for.

The cameras and NVR work well and the price is reasonable. There is very little documentation on setting up the program. I haven't found a way to view video on Revain Fire TV over LAN. Seems like a direct HDMI connection is required to view on any Smart TV. The software management program for viewing on a PC or over the web is a bit clunky.

Very disappointed. The 2 cameras worked flawlessly with no change in day or night view. The other two cameras worked perfectly during the day but were terrible at night. You see nothing but darkness. Even after playing around with the changes, it was still a terrible image. Also bought a camera add-on which was awful and didn't change from night to day when on. I bought it because a colleague recommended it, but I'm very dissatisfied.

Spare part not available 1 of 4 cameras not supplied. I have never attempted to return an item on Amazon. What a nightmare! I have to replace the whole block or nothing which is not an option for me. I had a burglary and they broke my last dash cam but we caught them. I will not stay without a DVR because you cannot replace 1 camera that is not working upon arrival. I will let everyone know how awful my experience with it was.

7 cameras and system installed in one morning. I set up the dashcam, installed a 4TB hard drive and connected it to the router. I hired a professional to install outdoor cameras and run cables through the windows and attic to the DVR. The cameras will start working a few minutes after connecting to the NVR. I had to try several options and consult the company's support FAQ to get the NVR to connect to the internet. I didn't have to contact support so I can't rate their response.

Overall the system worked great. Installed at a neighbor's. The NVR is connected to the TV in their living room and they watch it most of the time. They are not the most tech-savvy people but quickly mastered the features. They don't have smartphones, so the system isn't connected to the internet. You use a wireless mouse to zoom, play and record to USB sticks. The audio is acceptable for any camera. Night vision image quality is good and it appears to have around 100ft of IR light coverage…

Love the great detail and the ability to zoom in on every part of the image. .You can easily play back and browse any part of the recording, as well as capture snapshots or short clips. Also they are very well priced, I just bought another one to have 4 more cameras and a backup DVR for about the price of 4 cameras. Very happy with the purchase, viewing the cameras on the iPhone works great and is very easy. My wife had to spend a few days in hospital and due to Covid-19 there were no visitors,
