Travel & accommodations booking app - great user interface

We use xolab to book our accommodation when we are traveling around Europe as well as within Spain so I can't think there is anything that would be bad about this product! It has all you need to manage any type of travel related service whether it’s hotel reservations, car rentals etc., everything works perfectly without issues at least during my experience using them. The staff support could have been better but they do listen if something goes wrong which makes me happy because sometimes…

  • Great interface easy navigation with clear layout & structure.
  • Good price point compared other similar products (ease of implementation)
  • Offers great value in terms functionality vs cost
  • Extensive features set including room types availability checkin&checkout times management guest information tracking

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great for Multiple Event Types and Locations

The ability to create multiple profiles is very helpful when working at different locations across our organization! It also allows us access via mobile devices which makes it easier overall as we can work without being tied down by an office computer/laptop setup!! Nothing so far that I dislike about this program but there are definitely improvements needed like more customer service support if something goes wrong within their platform etc... We use xolabooking primarily during peak season…

  • I enjoy the user interface and ability to create multiple profiles
Cons
  • I dislike the fact that I'm unable to search for certain vendors within the system and am required to input the vendor name manually
