The product is not very good and far from bright. Not worth the money unless you only care about looking like you have the light. However, customer service contacted me to see if they could help me with anything. They took the initiative, which I think is very professional. It took a while between replies, but that's understandable. I'm only giving two stars because of the customer service, the product itself only deserves one star.

It has been fixed since I posted this review. They offered a replacement and I finally agreed to a refund. For that reason alone I would buy from them again and not because of this lamp. They are very inconvenient and difficult to use. I only had the patience to put on one of the two I bought. And doesn't hold tight to the visor. I keep banging my head against it. The lights themselves are fine, but there's no other way to use them. Not happy at all. I had to buy different lamps.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED IT FOR REAL SAFETY REASONS! They're made of sleek plastic and cheap velcro. It seems that the buttons on the flashlight are not so easy to reach without blinding yourself. The velcro on the lights is reversed and THIS IS NOT AN EASY SOLUTION, seems to require a screwdriver to remove the back panel and reverse the velcro. Is that the worst or the hardest? As with anything, you get what you pay for. It's very affordable, but even then I ran into a quality control issue that I've mentioned several times in other reviews. The straps were installed backwards. I had to take them apart and turn them over. A simple job, but something Xprite should have fixed by now. The plug and button feel flimsy, but the cord is strong. I ordered 2 of these lights for my SUVs as I am an ambulance volunteer. The headlights work, but the sun visor attachment straps were fitted the wrong way round on one and were cut, rendering them unusable on the other. In both cases I had to dismantle and repair the blocks. Nothing bad, but not to be expected in the new world. In addition, several LEDs in the panels do not work. This light is not as bright as the latest Whelen or Feniex lights but is brighter than first generation LED products. I don't have the ability to measure the light output but I think it's on par with my old TIR3 Whelen Slimlighter. For the price it couldn't be better.
