Came in great packaging. The plastic box between the plugs was not sealed. It was open and could not remain closed due to poor construction. I drove through standing water, the device got a little wet and stopped working. That's a waste of money.

First the cover on both 'resistors' fell off when I received them. I decided to ignore it and install them anyway. After installing both resistors only one worked. When removing the defective resistor for inspection, the barely attached cover fell off showing how poorly constructed they really are. As you can see from the photos, the 3300uF capacitor is busted at the top and bottom; a sure sign of a bad capacitor. It's disappointing that whoever assembled it knew it was to blame. Very poor…

Both items in the set were faulty/bad design. I upgraded my Volvo XC90 to use LED headlights, but there was a canbus 'bulb burned out' error that they were supposed to resolve. I placed them between headlight/car and turned on the car. The fuses on both sides (right and left) immediately blew. I removed them and replaced the fuses and the bulbs worked as before (with the same error).
