The main reason I have all the Xprite lights is their price. You can't beat the product for the price you pay. This lighting system was the first I had to send in for an exchange. Something happened to the controller and stopped working on the second day. So far the second set is working fine. They are not very bright during the day, but still work as corner flashers. It would be nice to wire the light to the existing control box, but since everything is in the controller it would be a lot more

The system is of little value to public safety agencies as it runs on its own control unit which cannot be connected to existing control units. The existence of several control units does not make life easier for the police, fire brigade and rescue service. That's why slide switches became the industry standard decades ago. Well thought out. They even offer a 1 inch hole drill, which is clever. Install the socket according to the instructions, then the light will fit exactly. The clear plastic is easy enough to pry off for two cases where it fits snugly. Depending on your vehicle/headlights, figuring out where and how to install them can be quite difficult.
