Perfect replacement. Looks, acts and works like the original. Arrived as promised and in perfect condition. I don't know what else I could ask for.

This remote worked perfectly but it was difficult to remove the bottom to insert the batteries. I had to use a very thin screwdriver to push and slide the bottom. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Thank you for this remote control! The original remote was missing and we had to get up to turn the volume up or down. Found this remote and was surprised I didn't even have to set it up, it just worked and looks just like the real thing.

Knobs feel cheap and don't click as clearly as the original. The soundbar's response isn't as clear either. Sometimes you have to press the button twice for it to work. But it works. A worthy replacement, especially for this money.

The configuration of the original remote got sort of messed up. After a little searching on the net I found and restored the instruction manual, but of course the remote control I bought arrived. The return period has expired and now I have an extra remote control. In general, the remote control is easy to use.

All good except for one little thing, I wish it had instructions, there is an enter key which if you accidentally press it can give you the blues returning to the correct mode! But I've dealt with this before and if all else fails you can get a flashlight or if you have Eagle Eves try controlling the volume from the long speaker. It's black on the side, it's not easy to see, but those are the volume controls.

Holy smokes. Since I lost my remote about four years ago, I've probably bought a remote every year and tried to find a replacement that actually works. FINALLY FOUND THIS and it was the cheapest I've ordered. My soundbar has a model number: 10612131041. I got it about six years ago so I know my soundbar is pretty darn old, but this remote worked for my old soundbar model! hope this helps someone. I am writing this review in May 2021.

So I have a new soundbar remote that I have had for years. The remote control itself is just getting old. It takes a few keystrokes to get it working. After buying this new one, a week after this post, he does the same. The soundbar does not turn on with a click. The volume does not work when pressed. Basically COMPLETE SHIT. I recommend anyone who needs to buy this because their remote has stopped working or for no reason not to buy this remote. Maybe a cheaper universal one is better? No…
