What can I say? The original remote control for my Vizio TV broke so I ordered a replacement. I opened the box, put the batteries in the case and tried it out. It worked. It couldn't be easier!

To be honest I was impressed with the price. I went a little outside the box by taking it apart and painting the outer shell a hot pink. Thanks to that I can say that it is well built. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone with a Visio TV.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement remote for my 6 year old TV that appears to be identical to the original manufacturer's unit. The price is great and I can't tell the difference from the Revain brand description.

Very easy to set up although I was a bit nervous as there were no documents with this remote. Turns out I didn't need any instructions, I just turned on the TV and used the new remote to scan for channels. Batteries are of course not included, you need AAA.

Well I dropped my Vizio remote on a wooden floor and the battery compartment springs broke what rendered it became useless. I could buy a universal remote but I didn't need it. The original was priced right here at Revain and the best part is that it comes out of the box - awesome. Problem solved.

I'm not sure why this remote is unstable but sometimes it's ok, sometimes not so much. He rarely turns the TV on with the first press of the power button. Most of the time I have to get up, go to the TV and hit the power button a few times to turn the TV on. There's no rhyme or reason for it. This works much better than the previous one that both of my labrador retrievers opted for.

So I've had this remote control for a month now. Actually my return window closed 2 days ago and don't you know that yesterday it stopped working completely? I changed the batteries and still nothing. None of the buttons work. I expected it to take longer than a month but oh well I guess. Up until then everything was fine. Not exposed to water, high temperatures or hazardous conditions. I'm just sitting in my entertainment center with an accidental button press. It's a shame because I liked it.

I was a bit worried when I opened the box and saw that it wasn't a Vizio remote but a much cheaper fake. You can see that the emblem on the front isn't the Vizio logo, just a similar design. There is no wordmark on the back and the lettering is a bit wobbly. I bought these to replace my original remote which was showing some wear and was peeling off some of the paint on the buttons. I guess I'll see if this remote has the same problem or not. If the buttons are quickly cleared, the purchase was
