🔌 Efficient XS Scuba DIN Filler Adapter for Quick & Easy Tank Filling Review

Excellent valve. I have an old HP100 deep port tank that screw adapters don't work in and a compressor that just fills the yoke. This adapter works great.

Switched from Yolk to DIN and already had a refill adapter for breathing apparatus (fire brigade). This allowed me to use my existing adapters with my new DIN setup. Excellent price and quality.

Quick and easy to use in my HP-100 and my other DIN tanks. The hand wheel and rotating valve connector make it very easy to fill when the racquet is at a different angle, as well as very quick and easy to install and remove from the tank.

If you are looking to change from a standard DIN tank to a standard tank then this is indeed the correct answer. Because the head pivots yet maintains a snug fit no matter where you choose to point your head, this allows for more flexibility towards your next adapter. A+ design.

I was a bit unsure whether I was going to get the full metal black anodized adapter shown on the XS Scuba website or the one (chrome with plastic wheel) pictured here on Amazon. I was delighted to receive a full metal block with a black anodized wheel, its quality is fantastic, I was very happy. Revain should change the image for this article.

Believe it or not, many dive centers don't have hose inflation fittings that fit some cylinder valves. I have a 4000 lb tank that has a slant on the back of the valve to interfere with the normal yoke filler when using an orifice adapter. I ordered this unit to take with me when traveling so I can use my own adapter that will fit any inlet hose fitting you can find at a dive shop. I used it two days after receiving it. Keep it with you when traveling. You will thank me later!
