This collar is made of soft leather and the quality is very good. Only problem is that it is tight for a medium sized dog. My dog is 30 lbs. and a terrier/pug mix and even with the collar on the very last hole, it is a little tight for her. Other than that, the collar is very well made, soft and flexible. I would not be hesitant to order from this company if I had a smaller dog. This is not the type of collar for a chihuahua but would be fine for a small dog.

If this rating was based solely on customer service, it would be a 5.0, but there are some quality issues. We originally ordered this collar with the crown gemstone but received the heart. It was beautiful, but not what we wanted. I reached out to the seller and they very quickly responded and got the crown jewel sent out. Luckily we found it quickly, my husband reattached it and put some locktite on both screws and tightened them. I used it for my pug and one of the screws came off and now I'm unable to find it and I need a replacement screw. The personalized name letters may become illegible over time.

I purchased 5 letters and the bone. The collar may not be suitable for use in water or rainy weather. The bone doesn’t fit. The collar is very nice and durable worth the money.

I love the style all. Got 3 at one time different dogs names of course. Buy one of the names didn't come so I messaged them and it was sent out the next day they are great. Rakes a bit to come but it's worth the wait.

I liked the collar but did not like that I had to set up the name on the collar. I thought name would already be attached to collar since had to wait like a month to receive collar. Other that that collar was nice.
