They fit well as they are new and there is dirt on the throttle bodies but once everything has been cleaned and covered with a light layer of oil they slide very well. Note the orientation of the old tabs in relation to the new ones to get the right angle.

Hose hole on side of air filter housing is cut to fit slot on air filter housing; However, the notch is in the wrong place as it is rotated 180 degrees. You can still put the hose onto the air box, but it won't go all the way in because the notch on the hose doesn't line up with the notch on the air box (180 degrees offset). the clamp is tight to keep the hose from slipping off. If you want a hose with the right fitting, then this pair isn't.

Fits my 1999 ES300 with 1MZ-FE VVTi. I had an air leak because the stock tube was dry rotted. I searched the junkyard but only found pipes in a similar condition that I could risk and break open again. I originally replaced it with a 2.5" rubber water line, it worked fine but started to swell from the heat causing the leak to start again. The alignment notches are recessed but just fit the mold and you'll be fine, all for $14. I'm not complaining.
