I first bought a HIKvision DVR as I have many of their cameras. However, they don't have a reliable MAC OSX app that actually works. They only have one browser app (Chrome) that works, but with MANY limitations. I decided to send it back and buy this one. It was $100 more expensive but it works! It's worth it.
