Cute but has an attached handle

I was very excited about this as my 12kg 5 year old cat has frequent vet visits. I was looking for a safe way for him to experience outdoors and he's only indoors. You'll need to pop open the front vents and use scissors to pry off the small tab still holding it, scrape the drill bits off the plastic sides and try to flex the pad again to make it fit. But for the price, it's big enough for my very large cat.

Companies need quality control.

Not as good as the pictures but I try. There are a few other places on the strap where the stitching just wasn't sewn properly or was left out altogether. I think the company has no quality control. Also, the advertised "breathable mesh front" vents aren't mesh at all. These are straight open holes for your cat to put their paw through. If you have a cat that likes to run away. This portable backpack is probably not a good idea.

Must improve the quality!

The design, size and color are great, but the quality and finish of this backpack model needs a lot of improvement! Also because this backpack is expensive, okay?! The first one I bought had zippers missing and a few other imperfections, return was quick and convenient! Got the second one, it came with a zip but with a few loose parts all over the backpack! As we are heading to the mountains tomorrow, I am leaving this one here in the hope that this backpack will keep our beloved puppy "Bubu”…
