A disadvantage with this

Worked as expected but didn't like the power connector. I knew these were cords with no connectors, but there's no way to plug them into a standard cord, green box, or box to match the code.

Pros
  • model: MS-390; Voltage rating: 110 VAC
Cons
  • Not the best

Very satisfied - Sound signals and siren

My grandson wanted to play with the siren. He seems well built, loud and the perfect size for him. It has 2 wires for electricity installation, so a plug needs to be installed. I put it on a pole with a switch installed to turn it on and off.

Pros
  • Contents: 1 x motor siren
Cons
  • Volume

High quality, cheap, LOUD

Like an all-metal construction. Bare wires to connect to anything as long as it's 110-120 volts. Very loud, sounds like a fire engine or police siren. As stated in the same decibels as the small door alarms I bought here. They're also supposedly rated at 110dB, but they don't come close to the hearing damage this thing can cause in any way. I plan to use it to scare any would-be burglars, peeps, stalkers, etc.

Pros
  • Body color: Red
Cons
  • Vulgarity

That's what you're looking for!

Holy Cow! This thing is louder than you can imagine. Sounds like an air raid siren. I went to a hardware store, bought a short extension cord, hooked it up to the siren, and then plugged it into a Wyze outlet. Whenever my motion detector on my basic security or ring cameras sends me an alert, I can now see who is on my property and turn on the siren with just a few clicks, which is enough to get anyone to close the property leaving. I'm buying another one today to show off the back of the…

If you need a loud siren, this is it!

After Wink decided to charge a monthly subscription, we decided to upgrade to Smartthings Hub because our door sensors were compatible with it. Unfortunately, the two Z-Wave alarms we had with Wink are not compatible. After a long search we decided on this device. We plugged the device into the power outlet and then plugged it into the Smartthings outlet so it could communicate with the hub. Works great. It's so loud you can hear it a few meters from the house. If you are looking for an alarm…
