1/16 bit is actually closer to 3/32

lucky I checked for scrap metal before getting to work. A 1/16 bit or the smallest in the set actually measures 3/32 on my calipers, my molding fell right out of the slot it cut.

Pros
  • router parts and supplies
Cons
  • volume

Do not use unless you want to lose the project

This product broke on first use and ruined my project. The drill bit bent while cutting the slot, causing the router to "jump" off the tree and crash into the rest of the tree. I was lucky the router didn't cut me.

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Catastrophic total premature failure.

Ridiculously short. All three blades of the 1/8" straight router bit broke after I made just a 1" leveling cut and then 10" of what I was hoping was a 36" cut. Parts of the cutter flew into the project, across the room, but fortunately not into my body. To return

Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Not worth the money

When I first used this item, I wasted 6 hours of work and destroyed about $75 worth of materials, rendering my desktop project useless. The heavy paint on the chisel blades traps heat and causes the blades to warp during use. This resulted in the blade cutting a 1/4 inch groove before the wood showed any signs of heating. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend this product. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks. for quality tools.

Cons
  • weak

Pretty much rubbish. for router parts and accessories

I bought this a few months ago to glue a plastic T molding to some tables I've built. I'm a seasoned professional miller, not someone who doesn't do it enough to know how not to use tools. Anyway, I finally had the opportunity to work on my project. Loaded a 1/16" bit into my 1.5 HP porter cable and did a few test runs. Then we started cutting grooves in the workpiece. After about 10 minutes I felt something was wrong and passed out. The Blade was badly deformed, the paint was peeling off. I've
