Heavy duty and easy to install

Added rear seat for Yamaha Golf 2002, received for Christmas, trolley lowered. A quick google search revealed Jake springs to be the #1 item ordered, arrived in 2 days and installed in 20 minutes. Problem solved. The shock absorber combo is easy to install, and the rear of the bogie can now easily support 600 pounds without sinking to the ground.

  • Nothing Here

Absolutely not suitable for Yamaha G8

Advertised to fit Yamaha G8. You are not! The socket holes are too small. I was able to press out my old bushings and fit them into these after struggling to drill out the bushings from these new shocks. If I wasn't in a bind I would send them back and try to stave off a real shock. Not sure how long they will last after this sketchy modification.

Pros
  • Shock absorbers, struts and suspension
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

We installed them and they were inferior to the original shocks on our golf cart from the start. Rubbed worse, plus creaked. So we sent them back and bought these. I admit they are expensive BUT they work. You are EXCELLENT. We had a 300 pound man and 150 women in the back seat of our gold barrow and had no tire rub or…
