Pretty good and reliable chain at a very good price. However, the color confuses me a bit. It looks a bit orange, like the color of fake gold.

It is accurately described but extremely fragile. Mine broke after 1 month and cost 40€ to fix. In the summer, light clothing is something to wear. Certainly not everyday.

The chain is not strong at all. The clasp was fine because the chain broke. For the money I figured it would last longer than a week. I would be embarrassed if I gave that. Total disappointment, I will never buy from this seller/shop again!

I like this chain because it's strong but not too heavy. It has lobster claws that are easy to put on and I love the look. I looked for 14k but couldn't find one that was as good for the money.

Very disappointed with the fact that it is advertised as an 8 inch bracelet or necklace. It is unlikely to fit even a newborn. That's why I bought it. This is beautiful and looks like a study but wasn't advertised so I'll look for another necklace of the right length that won't choke my grandson.

The gold chain was ok. But I got the 16 inch chain, not the 18 inch chain I paid for. Best Buy actually fixed this problem. I'm glad they were able to solve the misleading sellers.

I ordered a 3mm Figaro chain and received a 2.5mm Figaro chain. When I ordered a 2mm chain, I received a 1.5mm chain. Good chains, they just don't match the description advertised making it difficult to decide which item to buy for the price. When items are smaller, it not only means less gold for money, but also less accuracy when trying to match pendants or other chains.

Judging by the pictures I assume the chain was thicker and longer since I opted for a longer chain. The first came broken, but the replacement can be done quickly and continuously, the process was simple and straightforward. But my son loves it and that's all that matters to me. I'll have to update it later.

The quality wasn't good. There were a few pieces of metal attached to it I guess where they did it but I couldn't remove them so I sent it back and am still waiting for a refund 5 days after I received the item back.

My wife bought it for me and it was a little disappointing. I think it's hollow, very light and a bit thin. I have had other 3mm thick necklaces but they seemed thicker maybe due to the weight when they seemed thinner. I would not recommend and would not buy again

My son has had this necklace for 6 months now. It broke and we fixed it. The clasp broke after the first repair. I sent it back for repair and the jeweler said it was a product defect. He had never seen such a closure.

This "necklace" is very thin and poorly made. I will never, ever, ever buy jewelry from Best Buy again. I was very disappointed it was a birthday present for me to give up. I had it for a few months, it broke. With a lifetime warranty due to Covid they offer to replace them but I lost the warranty. Wow, I think a different idea of lifetime. The new one broke after two months.
