Africa has the youngest and fastest growing population in the world and a huge number of talented young people find themselves with few ways to create value for society and achieve their potential.
Yellow Academy operates throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and has brought together a team of multidisciplinary individuals that are dedicated to delivering the highest quality work timeously. Each of our team members goes through a rigorous vetting process, which encompasses the following:
- Aptitude test that test their skills in:
- Pattern mathematics
- English comprehension
- Logic
- Basic computer skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel
- Two interview rounds
Our onboarding process includes the following:
- Equipment allocation
- Personal mentorship
- Microsoft Suite training
- Google Doc and sheet training
We continually reinvest in training & upskilling our team across a number of tasks and quality assurance is guaranteed through our rigorous review process.
As each of our team members works remotely and on a flexible schedule, we’re able to deliver work across a number of time zones: including Europe, Africa up to American Eastern time.
Our experience in data entry spans across education, digital retail and Pay-As-You-Go solar for companies in in Europe and Africa.
