This product came without instructions and is not working. I tried to return the item; However, the only way to return the item is to take the mobile device to a UPS store and ask them to scan the code to print the label - I am unable to print the label at home. (1) I am disabled and cannot walk 6 miles to the nearest UPS store. (2) I don't have the mobile device required for the scan.

I am amazed at the difference compared to other brands! I ordered this one but it was delayed. In the meantime I bought the best one I could find locally because I needed it and wanted to return the yellow jacket if it ever came. Well, the next day it really came. Wow what a difference. Needless to say the yellow jacket is in use and the other #d bra has been returned. Hands off, no comparison!

This product is exactly what I needed and more. It has features like glowing candles to help you in the dark or just knowing it's getting power. It has a very thick wire which is great for powering all three cells you need no matter how much current they draw. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs one plug to expand to three.

This worked fine while it worked and took almost a year before the GFCI socket stopped failing. After resetting the switch, GFCI socket and powering it back on, the unit arced (clearly visible in this video) and smoked inside the unit. The exterior was also charred around the sockets on the cord. The cable appears to be durable and suitable for regular use, but unfortunately this type of issue is causing me to look for a more reliable and safer product.
