Rings received on time but no carrying case in the package. A bag with 8 rings, a couple of extensions and mounting clips is essential to keep everything organized. Please send the missing bag or I will have to return this item. Otherwise, the rings seem to be very easy to assemble and offer many possible uses for our workouts.

Hex dexterity rings are decent. The connectors feel solid, yet flexible enough to swap out quickly during a workout. At the moment they are helping my children with moving work. On grass and regular rubber surfaces, they can slip when stepped on. I put some rubber strips underneath to prevent slipping/moving. I also wish they would offer more than 6 per pack.

I am using this to work on balance with an elderly client who has fallen several times this year. I was looking for something relatively expensive. It works well and the only gripe is that the connector clips are not easy to disassemble and attach. I use them in a pattern and connect them so that they fold into the exact pattern I want. I probably wouldn't connect them if I used more than 1 pattern.

We bought a ladder for my 8 year old boy for his speed training. But it's so slippery when he stepped on the line. I'm looking for something more specific. I just don't want to move when he's training. I finally have these colorful hexagon head speed trainers! Easy to assemble (doesn't get tangled like a ladder) and changes shape too! My boy can handle everything by himself. He made the new training uniform and cleaning very easy. As a soccer mom, I would definitely recommend this hex exerciser
