I was excited when the helmet arrived today but when I put it on to try it on the chin strap buckle broke. Very disappointed!

Good helmet for the price. What I don't like isn't the problem with the helmets, it's my oddly shaped head. I would like the company to make a helmet shell along with a DIY foam liner to custom stick onto your head. Just like with Invisalin braces. I will sell MY idea to the shark tank. lol hope this helps someone

I wanted to keep it but unfortunately I had to send it back because my head was too big for it. I think my head size is XL. In any case I loved all the features of this helmet and would recommend it to anyone unless they have a difficult head size like mine. Never ride a motorcycle, scooter or even a bicycle without a helmet, well-padded gloves etc. Please.

Unfortunately I had to return this well made helmet as it was too small for my head. I must have gotten the wrong size. my fault So I still give this company 5 stars. because it's a great helmet. Very well made, lots of interior padding. Loved the solid black color. The chin strap was comfortable. Just make sure you measure your head correctly using the size chart. I'll buy another one in my size this time!

Love how easy it is to put it on and take it off yourself. All you have to do is slide the tab to a comfortable position and then pull up on the red tab to release. If you're worried about finding the right size, the chart is pretty accurate. If you love me and are between two sizes, choose smaller. They are slightly larger by 1/4" to 1/2". I still had room and was worried until I tightened the chin strap, which it adjusted perfectly to. No complaints.

I can't figure out how this is DOT approved. It's literally just shipping foam inside. Not a pad. It's also upside down. Not the head. Your head looks like a mushroom. I've had several DOT approved skulls and all I could do after opening them was laugh and just say what the heck is that!? Insanely impractical and I'm guessing the DOT was just printed on the back and a verified sticker was just stuck underneath. If only this thing would protect you. There is no way to survive. This is a very practical and affordable helmet and I think it's quite comfortable (other experts say it it is not). The buckle is downright odd (check the pics, I've posted a few [ignore the mannequin at the back]), but for $25 you're in the lead because you're DOT certified. I ordered a medium size but it's either too big or the lining is designed to not fit snugly. For reference I used the TORC men's oversized full face helmet and it fits perfectly. As a result the helmet is very difficult to fit properly (it uses a D-ring locking mechanism which I am familiar with) and causes the helmet to be very loose and fly when ridden at higher speeds. It sits well up to 35km/h when things get really loud and then the helmet seems to want to come off at around 45km/h. Sure…
