Description of YG 1 Carbide Multilayer Overall Diameter Cutting Tools and Milling Accessories
Suitable for machining on steel, chromium-nickel steel, and malleable cast iron. Extra-long-length end mills have longer cutting edges and can make deeper cuts than standard-length end mills. Four flutes produce a better finish than fewer flutes. Titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN) coating lubricates the end mill for high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance at high cutting speeds, offering better heat resistance than TiN and TiCN coatings. Carbide can run at higher speeds than high-speed or cobalt steel, resisting wear and high cutting temperatures.
my analysis of this product showed that it is a highly efficient and reliable solution for my industrial and scientific needs. The precision cutting edges offered exceptional performance, allowing me to achieve high-quality results with ease. The durability of the tools is impressive ensuring long service life. However, the initial cost of the YG 1 Carbide Multilayer may seem a bit steep for some hesitant buyers, but the product's benefits undoubtedly outweigh it. Overall, I would highly…
Pros
High-quality carbide material for long-lasting durability and performance.
Cons
May require a higher upfront investment compared to lower quality cutting tool options.
These milling accessories were a huge letdown. Based on our own experience with them, we found that they were poorly manufactured and didn't hold up to even the lightest use in an industrial and scientific setting. The only positive point we could find was the competitive price. But unfortunately the low cost was not worth the frustration of dealing with tools that were ineffective and quickly became useless..
Cannot be compared to any other long reach tool but this thing will cut full reach if you keep the feed high and spindle speed low.
Pros
Titanium Aluminum Nitride (TiAlN) coating lubricates the end mill and offers high temperature stability and abrasion resistance at high cutting speeds, as well as higher heat resistance than TiN and TiCN coatings.
