VERY EASY CANDLE MAKING KIT

Media could not be loaded. This DIY candle making kit is very easy to use. The instructions are very easy to follow along with pictures. The kit includes everything you need to make them. It comes with 4 good-sized packs of beeswax, 4 really cool looking pots with lids, 4 scents, 4 different colors, etc. I had a shallow pan that I placed under the crucible to heat and it worked great.

Great starter kit

I've never made candles before. This set makes it easy to get started. It is clear how to collect/pour the wax and place the wick in the jar. You can also add other scents to the candle if you like. If you've never made candles before, this is a great kit to start your next crafting adventure. And if you've made candles before, you'll still love this set - wax, perfume, and beautiful jars! I bought individual jars to use as I want to label them with my cutting machine and give them away.

Four beautiful candles that took about 2 hours in total including heating time

So yes, it's easy to do. Two things I deducted a star for. Metal carafe for heating wax. As? I have no idea how to heat this. You can't just put it on the stove. This is a starter kit designed to explain how to actually heat this metal container. I personally ended up using a wax heater and adding beeswax to it. It melted for about an hour and we poured it into a candle. A bit fiddly, but overall it worked. I've also never used a digital thermometer, mainly because we used my wax warmer…
