never mind The instructions wouldn't hurt. Broom head weak but dustpan too stiff

Assembly took longer than it should due to missing instructions and parts not labeled. The broom head is too wide for the dustpan. The broom head is loose and the joint function of the teeth on the dustpan is too tight. I'm keeping it because it's too difficult to send back. But wouldn't recommend it.

Can get into places I never thought a broom could reach

Allows me to access all of the Dremel accessories that my cat accesses under the workbench and the store shelves knocks! I can reach the kitty litter he's throwing out of the box under the fridge! There are places I never thought I could reach with a broom and tools. I never thought I could go back without taking the workbench apart to move it. Corner to fall into the hole in the trash can, this is the only piece without a hinge.

It looks like a great deal and concept, but the customer service is great!

This is by far the worst broom and dustpan combo I've had in my entire life (and I'm 54 years old). Looks great, three tools for one small price; that's a very good concept too. The problems I ran into were the following: The broom head isn't stationary, but photos of it make it appear like it's more efficient. No, not even close. It keeps collapsing and there is no way to lock it in place. The bristles are so soft it's almost impossible to sweep anything. Keep sweeping, then partially hit the…

Ideal for sweeping up pets

If you're looking for a lightweight but well-made dustpan, this is the dustpan for you! It's small and light, which is what I needed due to back problems. I really like the feature on the comb's shovel where you can pick up hairballs or toy guts without touching the broom! I like that the broom itself is soft. I just got new hardwood floors and don't want to scratch them. Another great feature is that the broom is attached to the dustpan and stands upright. I like this feature, the brooms don't
