I like this program because everything about it works well from filling out an application to scheduling interviews with candidates right through until you get hired! The only thing I dislike is how there isn't enough applications given each month so some people have trouble getting their resumes noticed compared to other programs where they are inundated by tons of applicants all at once but still don't receive many responses. I like how they have different levels of service from basic to premium which really helps when you are new or need more assistance than just an application interview as all applications can be very similar. The only thing about YOH was there were times where one person would help me but another wouldn't answer my questions until much later so its hard not knowing what's going on at certain points because they don't make things clear enough.
