YN50MM F1.4N is built-in with electromagnetic aperture, which supports M/Av/Tv/P/B shooting mode. Supports auto focus and manual focus. Not compatible with Nikon FTZ Adapter

This lens is really well built and feels solid. However, although it is an F-mount, it is not compatible with the Nikon FTZ adapter. The autofocus keeps roaming even with the latest lens firmware 1.01. Too bad Yongnuo has to provide a firmware update for Nikon Z cameras.

Good lens at a good price

This lens is a steal for the price. It's fairly sharp, with good color reproduction, especially with a slight mute. It has a very nice background blur that allows you to focus on an object or person in the foreground. This is a good lens for street photography or any type of photography where the photographer wants to focus on the subject and blur the background. The autofocus is fast enough and fairly quiet. The example I received had an issue where the aperture was wide open about every third shot if you were shooting continuously. This gives you no confidence in the durability of the lens. So I had to send it back. I also locked the D750 and D7200. Everything is fine with the optics, but of course it has problems.
