They reduced my bike's power from about 2.25 watts (tungsten bulb) to 1.1 watts (hot). It's not a big savings! My VERY bright Sylvania LED taillights and amber taillights use 0.3 and 0.5 watts respectively, while the (even brighter) Sylvania brakes and turn signals use 1.75 and 1.5 watts respectively. I installed a whole bunch of these on my Subaru Ascent to replace all the interior lights as well as puddle lights, trunk lights, license plate lights and side markers. The lamps have a well formed tongue with connecting wires on both sides so they work correctly in 168 and 192 fixtures without flickering. Just installed a pair of these in the front position lights on my 2006 MINI Cooper S (R53). They work like magic. I've seen on some MINI user forums that some people have had the experience of the fault lights illuminating on the dashboard on different MINI models and different brand LEDs.
