With a few extra washers it fitted my DRZ400 aftermarket box perfectly. Doubled to reduce noise by a small but noticeable amount.

Using this baffle on a Honda XR600R muffler. The very restrictive OEM baffle has been removed and the adapter made from aluminium. Significantly reduced noise level but still sounds like XR.

Well built but not as straight as shown in product photo. I've included a picture of what it looks like. I was hoping the wind would be a direct indication of what I'm using it for.

Used to replace a missing xr50 or crf50 stock arrester. Replacement bolts fit snugly to the outer ring of the flame arrestor. didn't have to drill any holes. I only had to grind a small spot to line up the third screw.

Works great but depends on the muffler it may need to work. But overall it did the job and was a very good fit for the bike. I tested my bike at 102 decibels before mounting them on my bike and he brought it down to 93 decibels and I was able to pass the TÜV in Germany with no problems.

removed the tweeter from the stock KLR 650 muffler (google the procedure) and replaced it with this one, then painted high temp black. Very happy with the result, I get a great deep sound which I've been looking for now but still the Yoshi insert does a good job with low decibels (I'm not a fan of loud exhausts). A spark arrestor is a nice (and necessary) bonus, all for less than $20? Eating is understandable. I am also posting the dimensions (I got them direct from Yoshimura) of this insert in
