The screen mesh size is 42" width x 84" height, fits your door size 40" x 83". UPGRADED AND MORE DURABLE - The magnet screen door curtain is wrapped with thickened webbing in four sides, more sturdy than other fabrics, not easy to break. Thicker thread used in the whole stitching; 6 needles per inch, more close and apparently more durable than most other products which is three and a half needles. NOT TEARING IN TOP MIDDLE - Double-sewed in the top middle cloth, and a logo label is added as a cushion to maintain the door screen not tearing in the top middle. Great Quality in my review

I purchased 2 of these to install on my Sprinter - one for the back door and one for the side door. The size (72x80") is perfect for both the side and rear doors, although I had to alter the screen to fit perfectly. On the back door, I have the opening going across the van and replaced the magnet closure with 2 zippers. The quality of the screen is fantastic. It's plenty strong while still being light and supple enough so that it's not too stiff and bulky. I highly recommend this product.

Black was a better choice for my sliding door

First I bought white with 2 magnet strips. The white did not give visibility to outside and the magnet strip ran straight down the middle of the doorway making it very ugly.I returned it for a black 1 strip for sliding door and it's better. The standard size fits the entire sliding door from top of the trim to the step. And since the magnet is in the middle it is hidden from view. I wish the part would open bigger but it fine. I'd rather have the aesthetic and deal with the angled entry.

Works well for the price I paid!

I bought this because my screen door was broken and I needed a quick cheap fix that would allow my dog to come in and out of the house without letting bugs in. My roommate who always gets been by mosquitoes has not complained yet! My dog loves being able to come in and out. The only thing that I wish could be better is the magnet and weight of the bottom. When it gets windy out it does not close correctly.

Great quality mesh screen

This mesh screen came pre-assembled and was simple to put up. I’ve purchased a flimsy mesh screen in the past that doesn’t compare with the quality of this screen. I don’t have a screen door for my patio, so I thought this would be a great alternative. So far, so good.

Perfect fit in my review

My husband was very apprehensive that it will not look good and I set it up and it fits perfectly. We screened our porch and this is what we needed to enclosed the stairs since there was no door. My hubby is so amused of the magnetic option. He was like a little kid going in and out the door.

Lasted less than a year

Fell off after a few months. Replaced Velcro and it fell off again. Didn't even make it a year. Screen also ripped multiple times.

High quality for the price

I used this to cover my sliding glass balcony door after the factory screen door broke. It's a little awkward having to open this screen at the center (as opposed to the outside portion of the doorframe), but it works just fine. The tape supplied is very strong--I have no concerns about the screen falling off/down. My only wish is that it had an extra 2 inches on the bottom, since I had to hang the screen higher on my doorframe to make it fit. However, the product is exactly as advertised. No…

HORRIBLE "DURABILITY "

At FIRST it worked OK. Adhesion was OK on wood (which I expect to be suspect at best). Eventually I had to just nail the edges into the wood to hold. A dog with not much force running through the screen will rip it off the velcro. Plus the adhesive will wear out regardless what you attach it to. The magnetic closure at the bottom has begun to fail as I think the magnets have actually shifted? But the worst is that my dog has somehow found a way to rip the bottom edges of the screens by probably

I do like this screen, but I agree with other reviewers that the velcro doesn't really stick very well. I've had mine for maybe a month, and the velcro is already coming off. Replacing the velcro soon.

Best solution we've found

So far this has been the best solution - easiest egress plus keeps insects out. Good for dogs that want to paw at screen doors or worse, run through them. Ours was about two inches longer than the 80 inches so we had to hem the bottom as our door did not have a large enough header to allow it to overlap. I believe the width was also slightly larger than what is listed. The magnets are strong enough to catch, quickly sealing the entry. Ours gets a lot of direct sunlight in the morning, hopefully

Im so happy with this screen!

We have french doors leading out to our deck. This is a fantastic product, especially for the price. Since installing it a week ago we have not had any bees or flies inside. its durable without reducing the light.Its got a barely there quality to it. Its sturdy enough to walk thru with a load of boxes in your arms. My cats have learned how to use it. I am so happy that I finally found something low profile and affordable as a this screen.
