Disappointing Paper for Arts and Crafts

The paper quality was subpar, making it difficult to work with. The texture was rough and easily smudged when handling. The only positive aspect was the design, which was visually appealing. Despite the attractive pattern, the low quality of the paper outweighs any aesthetic value. Overall, a disappointing choice for any arts and crafts project.
