The item arrived properly packaged but when I went to install it all the wiring was disconnected and disconnected from the inside. I had to disassemble the entire mirror and glue on the parts that make the LEDs work and the buttons click, and I had to do this multiple times to line up the buttons, which made isolating this product a headache and wasted a lot of time.
