The best thing about this program was that it allowed me to schedule my employees from anywhere in any time zone, as well as being able to have all of them working at once or one by myself if needed! The customer service has been fantastic! I have had to contact them several times for questions that were not answered by their support team or other users of this program, but they are always very quick with responding back in order help me out as quickly possible!! They also offer great training videos which helps ensure you understand how everything works before using it yourself. You can't go wrong here if your looking into something like this. !
