Missed for keychain

I've had a blue Yubico key for ages but with a USB-C laptop and Apple phone it seemed just what I needed for easy use. Unfortunately, the USB-C + iPhone key next to my year (years?) old blue key fob lost its casing and lost its functionality after only a few months.

Good LastPass dongle for Lightning and USB-C

Works well. I ran LastPass on an Asus Chromebook with a USB-C port for the first time. I had issues with the iPad Mini-5 for LastPass until I upgraded from iPadOS 13.2.2 to 13.2.3. The final destination is LastPass on the Pixel 3A. At the moment I'm using an old Yubikey 5 with NFC on this phone. It's small but a bit awkward to use on a keychain. Slightly discounted due to the price.

Product too thin for keychain

This product worked for the first few days of having it on my desk, but I quickly found it too thin for a keychain. After wearing it on my keychain for just 2 days it stopped working - the device connects to my computer but after going through all the troubleshooting steps it just didn't recognize my touch so now it's unusable . I recommend keeping this key. in a place other than your key ring as it can't handle the daily hassle of the rest of your keys. If you plan on keeping it on your deskโ€ฆ

Maximum security for my Gmail

When Gmail notified me that one of my accounts could be accessed, they offered an external device like Yubico for authentication. If the dongle is not plugged into my USB port, no one can access my email. I like its security but I couldn't connect all my passwords to it, only my email. For the rest I use one of the password saving programs. This model fits both my umUSB laptop and my phone's Lightning port. Why buy two different types to have access to each? You should get the second one as aโ€ฆ

I've been hesitant to buy something like this for a long time.

I'm a bit of a security freak, having had my personal information stolen three times. But I put off buying it for my LastPass account because I really couldn't figure out how they work. There are many videos on how to set up Yubikeys, but few show how to actually use them. Well, finally I broke down and got one. As promised, the integration with LastPass is very simple and very easy to use. When I launch my browser, a screen appears asking me to click a button in Yubikey's sidebar. When I doโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • String is shorter than other picks

If you've bought or are planning to buy this particular dongle, you're probably using iOS/macOS. Connecting to my MBP's Thunderbolt ports seems difficult because the dongle is too big. very narrow and complicated introduction. But that's not the MBP's biggest problem. The real problem is that to do this you have to sacrifice TWO ports on the computer in order to access the two activation buttons on the side of the dongle itself. If you have something plugged into a different port (2 on eachโ€ฆ

iPhone security key

This is the iPhone security key. I strongly recommend you to get the Yubikey Authenticator app from your app store. It's a green app with a 'y' and a padlock in the middle. Using the authenticator app is a lot easier than just using the Yubikey itself, but using both is even better! Keep in mind that if you're not using the authenticator app, you won't be able to open your accounts with anything else if the key isn't connected to the iPhone. After opening the authenticator app, make sure to set

  • Nice to use

It's an anniversary! on USB Gadgets

Good Product. But the lightning connector is almost new; Even after this supposed Yubi support, I can't use almost anything with my phone. I doubt the build quality. Metal next time. It's on a key chain and it sucks, thought about hardening it after seeing all the reports of brittle builds. But keep it future-proof. I hope the apple sexuality will do its job. I contacted the head of security for a long time and you won't believe it, he didn't know what a yubikey is and all their protocols. Butโ€ฆ
