    The perfect replacement.

2000 miles and no leaks. I replaced my axles because the rear axle seals on my 2001 Ford Lightning were not interacting well with the axles and were leaking fluid. I replaced the factory axles with these upgraded axles and no more leaks! They seem to be holding up great too, even after a few burns haha!

Fits perfectly! best in transmission and transmission

Perfect fit for my '08 JKU. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I love off-roading. Removal of the old shaft and installation of a new one in less than an hour. The only thing I didn't expect was the reuse of ring bolts. I had to remove the old ones and put them in the new axle. Also, I didn't quite understand if the bearing needs to be lubricated before installation or not. There is no guide for this.

    Manufacturer description is misleading

Revain pulls all vehicle information from the manufacturer's website. So it's NOT Revains' fault. Yukon calls the rear differential interchangeable only for the second- and third-generation Toyota Tacoma. Real trucks like this are only available in the second generation. These axles are not suitable for the third generation. Yukon places a small notice on their website that only appears on their website. If you need an axle replacement, Toyota is the only place you can get a new one.

    Research before ordering.

First, the part number and description for the Jeep Wrangler JK Non-Rubicon 30 Spline is actually the part number for the Non-Rubicon 27 Spline axle. I contacted Yukon directly to confirm part numbers prior to ordering. As soon as I received these axles, I unpacked them and found that there were no gaskets or rings, even though they are in the picture and description. However, I need my jeep to work ASAP so I can't wait to wait another 4 days to come back and get a new one. Just make sure you…

    Correct part number, wrong part

My first experience with Yukon axles and transmissions and I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 of these axles. On the same day. Arrived more than a week apart. I'm not sure whose fault it could be UPS. When received, both boxes had the same part number. Both are fastened with strong staples. After being installed by my mechanic in his shop, we found that ONE axle has 31 splines as stated on the label. The other had 28 slots and obviously didn't work. I ordered a replacement 9-28 to arrive…

    Bearings failed after 25,000km

Beware there seems to be many suppliers for this offering with the usual quality control issues when it comes to Amazon (mine came from 4wscom). The bearing fails after 25,000 miles of normal road driving. This is a 2008 Jeep JK and by comparison the other 3 axles still have the OEM bearings/seals with 110,000 miles and are fine. There is a bunch of feedback here about bearing quality control issues which, in addition to my experience, leads me to believe that some suppliers may not be using…

It's an axle with accessories pressed on

The thing does exactly what it's supposed to. The big plus for me is that it comes pre-pressed with seal, bearing, pushrod and plate. This was the part I wasn't prepared for when I clicked on the new accessory. I justified the purchase for myself by getting a sturdier than OEM axle for less than it would cost me to take a Jeep anywhere and have them use their press to replace the old parts on the original axle. There will be screws at work that are difficult to reach with a torque wrench when…

Yukon Gear & Axle Long Axle Kit (YCJL) for CJ7/CJ8 AMC Model 20 Differential

When my Jeep decided it didn't want to tow anymore, I knew it was time to upgrade to a solid axle . I've never played around with axes before, I was a little apprehensive about doing the work myself, but what can I say? I'm cheap but I have a great tool kit and they've always been very helpful. You Tube is a great source of information so my son and I started watching every video we could find while waiting for her to arrive. When morning comes, set these. We crashed into this jeep feeling…
