Bought two of these less than 4 months ago. One chair was fine, the other was. creaks when leaning back, very annoying. Equip and re-equip your weapon at least 25 times. I've tightened every smelly screw on the chair, but the creaking is still there and won't go away. These two chairs weren't cheap, I expected a better design. No more La Z Boy chairs for me.

This chair is advertised as tall and tall, I am 6ft 2" tall and this chair does not fit me properly. Basically the headrest hits my shoulder blades which makes sitting very uncomfortable, no back support just a terrible seat for a tall person. Before I bought this chair I tried and returned the Trafford which was even worse than this chair had the same problem as this one. except that the lower back was just awful with no adjustment. Imo I would stay away from the La-Z-Boy Big & Tall chairs.
