So far so good. Fits easily. My Epson printer knows it's a refurbished product and is warning you not to use it! You must say "Yes" to override this and use it during installation. I can't find 252 Epson refills so I got these. I have stock, the only problem is that if even one color runs out, you won't be able to print! So weird but smart from Epson that they can make money!

I received the product quickly as promised. Installed according to the included instructions. The first problem was that the printer told me that the cartridges were not genuine Epson printer cartridges. The manual says this can happen. Therefore, I further adjusted the nozzles of the printer. Horizontally, none of the icons were remotely full. I've tried the best. The guide says this can happen if you clean the print nozzles 3 times. Then try the setting again. So I followed all the steps…

After some ink work, my printouts turned blue. I don't know why as all the cartridges still show full. Will look elsewhere if I need to reorder. I need the black ink to be as black as possible and this blue they give me just doesn't cut it. Couldn't be happier with the ink cartridges I bought. They were used in the Epson Workforce 7720 which had no firmware updates.

Two stars, not reliable black or yellow printing. I have cleaned the printhead several times and installed and removed the cartridges as recommended. I have used other brands with success. Maybe just a bum set. Red and blue work fine. I can't say I would buy this brand again. UPDATE: After contacting support they sent me replacement cartridges which in turn solved my problem. I was pleased with their quick response, called me back and got new cartridges. The print quality is good.

Identical to branded items at a fraction of the cost. The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that I had to take it out and put it back in twice during installation before the printer told me it wasn't genuine. The instructions that came with it said this could happen, so it wasn't even a surprise. For how little I actually print, I appreciate not having to pay crazy branded prices.

This ink is said to fit the WF-3620 printer. It printed some color through with a few lines, but the image was so dark you couldn't see it and the black ink didn't print at all. My printer returned an error message stating that it will not accept this ink. Disappointing as it is out of the package and money lost. Hopefully with this rating the seller will actually update the listing so this doesn't happen to others.
