Second Opinion: Office Electronics

After some ink work, my printouts turned blue. I don't know why as all the cartridges still show full. Will look elsewhere if I need to reorder. I need the black ink to be as black as possible and this blue they give me just doesn't cut it. Couldn't be happier with the ink cartridges I bought. They were used in the Epson Workforce 7720 which had no firmware updates.
