I know there are a lot of magnetic pallets out there. I like them because they have a clear window to see the colors and they fit evenly in 35 26mm diameter pans (pans like Mac, Makeup Geek) in 5 rows of 7 shades each. The oversized palette never evenly fit these pans and it seemed like a waste of space. The magnet is very good. In my opinion they are not strong enough to throw in a suitcase. This is my favorite Z Palette. I have a bronzer, some blush and some shades of eyeshadow and nothing moves because the magnet is so strong. I usually use it every day for my makeup. I love the fact that you can change the content at any time. Although it's a very large size, I didn't feel like it was too big and it still fits in my makeup bag. Beautiful palette. Works well, the magnet is good and strong. However, I find the price of the palette a bit high for the quality of the materials used. I was expecting something more substantial. It looks more like high quality glossy paper and card stock with a clear soft plastic wrap over it. This makes traveling easier, but not as luxurious as I would have hoped for at this price point. However, this is the only palette that is universal for all shapes of food pots.
