Worked well, took a little longer to apply than 3M decal

I ended up buying these door handle protectors and another one with 3M adhesive. 3M was easier to work with and has held up well. They worked well and were a cheaper alternative. Only issue was they took a little longer to stick to the door but so far they look just as good as the other product. The shape was as shown and worked well on our 2017 RAV4 and 2018 Outlander. Apply to cars and leave to dry for 24 hours. We are happy with the results.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Having problems

This is not working as advertised

This is not working as advertised. Don't waste your money.1. You'll never get rid of the blisters. Since it's a 2D surface and you're trying to glue it to a 3D surface, this will never work. I have a picture of a sleeve with a blister.2. Second, they use cheap cleat glue which should help you pry it from the base plastic. The glue is so bad that the tabs won't detach from the base. It will look even worse when you install it at the end. I have a photo showing the remains of a half-peeled tab…

The product appears to be of good quality when it fits.

I'm sure they will work great if they fit your car but they didn't work very well on my 14 year old Grand Cherokee or my wife's 18 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate. Both of our cars have some pretty deep indents under the door handles that those decals didn't quite match, so they wanted to get a lot of wrinkling. They appear to be made of decent quality material and the adhesive seemed adequate to my limited experience, but we ended up removing them simply because they were just aesthetically ugly…

Cons
  • Functionality

Linear does not stick.

I only have two because of the complexity of the application and disgusting appearance. So the material is quite stiff which probably gives it durability, but I'll give back that it doesn't curve into a curve behind the doorknob so it sticks out in various places which makes it compared to what's shown in the picture , looks very ugly . seller photo. I had to attach the top and bottom 10% just to give it a straight look that makes the middle part so full. Little accumulates in this room in the…

It's actually very good!

My experience with 10 component scratch resistant film was pretty good contrary to some other recent reviews. First I clean the area behind the handle. Wait for it to dry, then place the film (with labels 1 and 2) on the area to get an idea of where to place it, then gently peel off label #1 and blow some air on the area. once again make sure that it is clean and free of dirt, push the film with one hand by the handle, with the other hand grasp the other corner of the film from below, position…

Easy to install if you are careful, slow and methodical.

Subaru Forester installation. Great that there are 5 pieces. The instructions are all in Japanese with illegible symbols. Installation is wet. Spray the bottles with diluted isopropyl alcohol and diluted baby shampoo. Clean and spray *stickers*. Shake off excess. Position and begin wiping with a lint-free cloth from the bottom center outwards, holding the opposite side with your free hand. After each squeeze, pause on the edge to absorb excess moisture. Work bottom up from center to top. Use a…
