🪞 Chrome Finish Zadro Wall Mount Mirror with 7X Magnification and Surround Light Review

I love this bathroom mirror and don't know how I lived without it all these years. I am very impressed with this mirror for its magnification, ambient light and dual arm. It was more than I wanted to pay for a mirror but after reading the reviews I bought it and I'm glad I did.

I liked the mirror when I first opened the package. Then I discovered that it actually has a cable attached to it instead of a fixed mount. Also the frame did not keep the mirror upright. There was no return policy. Wouldn't buy this product again. I will look for a return.

I ordered this mirror for my new house which is under construction. I had to open the box and check. Felt safe I ordered a brushed nickel. Oops, that was chrome. I contacted the seller to see if I could exchange it. No way. Said the warranty was expired. Although I never took it out of the box! Don't use for such bad customer service.

The description said it could be hardwired but there were no instructions on how to do it. I had to validate my thoughts on how to do it right online. 2 out of 3 connectors have lag screws and the light is bright. If you need a bright light, be sure to buy a mirror with a fluorescent bulb. Don't buy the "Halo" type, they are not bright enough.

This is a heavy mirror. The screws and plastic drywall inserts that come with the mirror are ridiculously small and not suitable for attaching something that heavy, especially since it's being tampered with all the time. Since there was no bolt in the area where I needed to install the mirror, I used 4 heavy-duty drywall anchors. We had one for many years and eventually it just fell apart. It works well. Various magnifications are available. We find the 7x to be the best for close-up makeup work, etc. The carrier originally sent the wrong one (5x) but we had no problem exchanging it.
