Size may vary slightly

I bought these for the 14g septum clip only. When I put it in I thought it was just over 14g, more like 12g and I made sure it was the SMALLEST of the four before using it. I put it in and my septum hurts a bit (like when you stretch your ears) which also makes me think the sizing on them might be slightly different. Otherwise I like them.
