Camera shake helped

I bought this for my point and shoot because I have big hands, it shook every time I tried to get a video through my Canon G7x always. It helped a lot. It's plastic, but it still seems to have the ability to increase mileage. Excellent purchase.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • I don't remember

Not really for DSLR

Suppose it's a bit my fault for not thinking about it carefully enough. I'm looking at all the images from all the cameras and thinking about what they're doing and it sounds like a good deal. But my camera doesn't fit in there! This thing isn't that big, my DSLR doesn't fit in at all, so it's 100% useless for a full size DSLR.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Thin

Excellent camera stabilizer

Works well for the money. When I bought a new camera stabilizer it was the cheapest I could find. And initially I was a bit worried about the quality of the stabilizer. But as soon as I started using it, I found that it's really good quality. And the grip is really good. This stabilizer gives you the best bang for your buck. Overall, this is a great camera stabilizer!

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Disappear

Good product! - Professional video accessories

I just shot a web series with this on a Canon 80D. That's great. We hand-filmed the entire shoot and I don't think I could have done it any other way. Good product. It's lightweight and fits most DSLRs. However, if I could change something, I would make the camera mount taller so you can use a larger bottom grip that fits two batteries, and then increase the metal gauge of the grip so it's a little less flexible.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Compatibility

Excellent product for its price. Durability remains to be seen.

This is a fairly simple product with a very simple use. That's all that was expected and described. If there was any concern, it's how light the plastic of this product is, only in terms of durability and overuse. As this product is brand new in my hands and has yet to be tested extensively I can say that I am very happy with this product for the moment and all in all I cannot ignore how well priced this product was. As has always been said, "You get what you pay for" and in this case this item

Lightweight and Versatile

Stability - this may be a minor gripe for many, the grip has little play or judder when the camera is panned horizontally due to its light weight. I would recommend. I will buy another one for my second GH5. The distance between the mounting base and the grip is about 1 inch smaller than the height of the Olympus EM1X, but it fits if the grip is gently pushed up. However, the foam portion of the grip fits snugly into the hot shoe mount. The stabilizer can be attached to a tripod, and there areโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Large and Bulky

Profitable investment!

Love this item! I use it for my Sony Actioncam and it has been flawless. At first I was concerned that it's plastic, but the plastic is thick and strong enough to support the heaviest of cameras. The plastic is 1/4" thick at its thinnest point, while the handles and other parts get thicker, reinforced, and/or twice the size. The rubber backing helps with putting it down, and the solid rubber grip lugs are really helpful too (your hands, of course) All in all, for $13 this is a good investmentโ€ฆ

I like this grip best in the accessories section

I like this grip. Works great with my Canon T3i. It doesn't stabilize the camera on its own so you'll need to know what you're doing for it to work, but unless you're a total hobbyist you should be able to get very stable shots with this grip. I either hold it with one hand up, the other down and squeeze it in a "U" against my chest/abs and do a "sliding step" motion to avoid jumping while walking, or just balance the top. on my middle finger (low strokes) or thumb (high strokes) and let itโ€ฆ
