Easy to assemble, only had difficulty setting up the top black cover on the top of the product. I wasn't sure if the dogs would like it but they love sleeping on the top and hiding their snacks on the bottom. The fact that this has wheels is amazing so I can move it out of the way easily. The dogs feel safe and comfortable in it which is a testimate to how well this was made. I wasn't sure about the price but now I am super happy with this investment and know it will last a long time.

We are absolutely loving our new bedside lounger. We didn't know how much sleep we were missing. Our pup thinks she owns our bed and we don't have the heart to make her sleep alone. This is definitely our solution. It arrived timely, assembly was a snap and it nests perfectly up against our bed. It is well made and attractive. The first night we put our little dog's favorite snuggle bed in the top level and she moved right in. We are all sleeping better. I would definitely recommend!

My senior dog was getting restless at night, and now he's very happy settled in this dog bed/pack and play! I put his smaller bed and a blanket in the top - which is his go-to sleeping spot at night. I inherited my moms dog after she passed this year and he was used to sleeping in the bed. He’s only 6 ponds so he slept on the top next to my side of the bed. This was the perfect solution. He’s happy even though he’s not actually in the bed because he can see me. I was considering buying a playpen for a child but this is better because it has a raised area with a dip or cut out on one side making it easy for him to go from his bed to my bed when he wakes in the morning.

It was very disappointing trying to put this together. It looks so easy in the videos and manual, but the wheels wouldn't lock (should've been my first red flag). Then we couldn't even get it to stand no matter what we tried to do with the locking mechanisms.**EDIT** after reaching out to Best Buy for a replacement, the second shipment arrived quickly and the frame actually stood securely. I absolutely love this. We have 2 JRT's, and just got a JRT mix that's a puppy who's expected to eventually weigh 50 lbs.
