Zelers Deterrents Ultrasonic Control Training Review

This device lasted about 2 days on my Maltipu. Then it stopped working no matter what setting I used. He acted like he didn't even know she was there. I'm sure it works for some people depending on the dog, but it didn't work for me.

I've had the unit for over a week now and so far so good. The neighbor's dog barks briefly and stops. No more early barking outside my bedroom window or late at night when trying to sleep. I hope that the battery will last two months as stated in the packaging.

I bought this as an extra bark box for my dogs. This one doesn't seem to work as well as the one I bought previously, it was a different brand. This is not the one I would recommend. It was delivered well and arrived quickly so it's not a bug it just doesn't seem to have the same effect.

With my new hearing aids, which amplify the high frequencies, I can hear the sound coming from the device. It's just a rattling sound that doesn't change in volume or pitch from two to three positions. I don't think there is a frequency that is inaudible to us that is painful to the dog at all. My neighbor's dog didn't care. This cheap piece of $#!% ($25) is worth nothing!

Not valid for neighbor's dog. The dog barked and barked and kept barking. These people pay no attention to him, no walks, nothing. My yelling to shut up at 3am gets the most attention. I have to sleep or move or these neighbors will move. Or find an anti-bark device that works.

Recently my dog has been barking non-stop. I tried everything to make it easier for him, but it became his bad habit. I tried this and it really worked. He learned very quickly not to bark. I would turn on him every time he was in his barking mood for no reason. I've never left it on for a long time. Now when he barks (for legitimate reasons like ringing the doorbell) he appears to be waiting to hear anything and only barks once or twice. The only thing was that the battery didn't last long…
