📀 Zenith XBV713 DVD VCR Combo: Ultimate entertainment in one device Review

I was expecting more than an old bubble wrapped DVD/VHS in the mail. A "free" band came with the device, although it's stuck in the device and won't eject. It looks like someone used a screwdriver to pry off the device's casing.

After running for over 13 years my Sanyo VCR finally decided it no longer worked. I mainly use VCRs to record programs and that seems to have taken over. Received it more than 2 days early (which was great). I opened it up and loved the simplicity of the design and layout. Anyone can use this. The DVD quality is excellent! Zenith XBV713 DVD/VCR Combo didn't turn on out of the box. I requested a refund and got a prompt response but these were just issues which they said would be taken to the 'guarantee company' who would resolve the case. I foolishly expected an apology for the inconvenience and a quick replacement, not an investigation. The device doesn't come with a manual, but it can be purchased from a third-party source for around $4. I will update this review when our test is over and I hope it will be more…
