A very disappointing and misleading advertisement. You cannot place baskets on the entire rack because part of the rack is too wide for the attachment system to fit in the basket. This not only limits the reach of the baskets, but also the distance between them. Very disappointing, especially considering the price! We will probably come back.

Was disappointed with the adjustability. From the bottom of the tub to the ceiling 85 inches, the adjustment piece that came with it was ridiculous. It was either too long or about an inch or so short. There were others that were far better and more easily regulated. I only kept it because it's aluminum. Hard to find. Engineers should work better there.

It was very durable and I was glad to get it because of all the shelving and the fact that it's tall. BUT. There is a whopping 27 inches of space that you CANNOT put shelves in as the tubing is too thick for the diameter of the hole in the shelf. And you can't get rid of the tube because it's a stop tube for the drawbar. So if you don't mind losing more than 2 inches of storage space, then this is perfect. I will have to send it back as it just doesn't fit in my shower.

I bought this because I lived in an apartment that I shared with 4 other people and there wasn't enough space in the shower to put all their toiletries. With roommates being a little rough on their stuff I really didn't think this product would outlive them but it did. I set it up to have 5 evenly spaced shelves so each roommate could have 1 shelf and everyone loved it! When we all moved and split up, one of the roommates took him with him.

I bought this trolley because it was the cheapest aluminum. Other metals, including stainless steel and chrome, will rust over time if exposed to excessive moisture (e.g. in the shower). It's been a few months now and this is my favorite shower stall I've ever had! Over the years I have become frustrated with too many shower shelves. Assembly always required some work, but strength was scarce. Not to mention the inevitable rust.
