Perfectly good solution when you need an extra layer

Zerigo is very easy to use and has a great customer support. I have never had any issues with Zerigo and the customer support is awesome. I recommend Zerigo! If I could find anything to improve Zerigo, it would be a better interface for the user but I have never had any issues with the interface. Great product and great support staff

Easy to set up for our network admins who are in different time zones which makes it easy as well! We have seen some issues where we had problems logging into control panel but I believe that has been resolved now? Nothing really at this point since its pretty much working smoothly aside from minor hiccups when there's an issue connecting or things like those so no complaints about anything specific yet other than maybe more frequent updates of new features would be nice (maybe monthly?).
