The ease of use, it's user friendly interface and its ability to create an event as soon as you have created one in the system. I dislike how they don't include any kind of training material so if there are questions I have about using their product I am forced to ask someone else which takes longer than just researching online. I love how easy it was - just connect, set up PINs (which are easily changed), give everyone access if necessary! It's great because we can use our own computers instead of having someone else log us into theirs when they're not around or too busy/lazy with their job duties as well!! The only thing about this program so far has been some slight issues where you have two people trying to do something at once which does happen sometimes but nothing major yet. The best part of this software is its ability to be used by multiple people at once, which makes it very easy to use. It's also very user friendly, so anyone can use it. I dislike how you have to pay extra for some features. For example, if you want to send an email alert when someone checks out or doesn't check in, you have to pay extra. This could be something that is free with other programs. I highly recommend using this software. It has made our lives easier since we no longer need to wait
