Stretches a lot and then sticks better than anything I've ever dealt with. You can also cut it into (long) strips and get more for your money.

I used this elastic for the corner and base of my new front door. They are very sticky so make sure you install them correctly the first time.

I bought this tape to fit a window. Not only is it great for sealing windows, but I can see this tape working great in many other cases. I also installed the dryer's plastic vent with this tape. It holds up well and takes on almost any shape.

I bought this sealing tape as a moisture barrier for a pet door wall opening. This caulking tape is very easy to use and stretches slightly to cover all the seams on the walls. Adhesive connections must be stable, without residual springback. Good product.

This thing is amazing... I used it to seal my third brake light in my Dodge Ram after it started leaking before installing a new one. I've also used it around the air vents in the cabin behind the back seat, which have also been known to leak while I'm there. This material is WATERPROOF!

I needed something (more) to solve the flickering area around the skylight. I found this by searching and I have to say it worked great for my application. The band is very heavy and strong. It really expands and the glue still sticks to whatever it comes in contact with. I highly recommend this for any flashing issues you are having.
